Blackberry Applications: Great Customer Service Software and not so great service

Guys, everyone seems to be talking about which company has the best support for their software, so I thought we’d start a clean thread. Let list the software companies and applications that have great customer service or support for their software and let’s list the ones that are not so great as well.
Excellent Support
1. TodoMatrix/IdeaMatrix - by RexWireless
2. VR+ - Shape Services
3. IM+ - Shape Services
4. Newsgator for Blackberry - Newsgator Corp
5. ExchangeMyMail - BES and Exchange Hosting
6. Viigo RSS
7. MiniSafe - Simprit (this application is by far the best password application IMHO, its snappier than SplashID)
Companies that need to improve.
1. JiveTalk - Beejive (If there support improves, they’ll be ok)
2. TeleNav - I know some of you will probably say, “What” but yeah I’ve had terrible service, despite paying my monthly fee, I’m gonna drop them this coming week, no email replies, so I have to call in my cancelation, can you believe this)
