Talking about Next Action !

As a veteran palm and pocket pc user for years, I was reluctant to switch over to the crack berry side but I got tired of tweaking and tweaking and tweaking my system and somehow or another it was never what I really really wanted, either Shadow Plan did not do this but it did that, Dbk5 or Dbk6 did that but not this, what icons am I going to use for this category, what background color am I going to use for this other one and so on and so on. On the PPC side, Pocket Informant was cool but again it didn’t integrate the Task and the calendar as I wanted to be, unbeknownst to me the Blackberry had everything I have ever wanted and more, let me clarify the Blackberry OS 4.1 which integrates the Task(Next Actions for us Gtders) on the calendar at the specific time one selects, I could not be happier here is a pic of what it looks like, awesome, no palm app has that function, so if you want to put a next action on your calender(despite what official gtd says) you can and its very simple to do, if you’d rather look a particular context in comes Next Action ! with all of its functionality, its great and by the way it syncs flawlessly with Outlook 2003, I also have the Netcentric Gtd Outlook addin and that is also awesome, my project management is strictly on the pc but I have the access on my blackberry to all my actions, so at the end of the day its a beautiful world, I could not be happier !!
